Dan has been sentenced to a bit more than three years. He appears to be in transit we will update his location as we learn it.
Mr. McMahon was found guilty today during a video conferenced trial. His sentencing is tentatively set for July 23rd.
Daniel McMahon was arrested in September, 2019, and charged with threatening a Charlottesville politician. He is sitting in jail, held without bail, awaiting trial. At no point did Daniel actually make a threat in the online exchange with the Charlottesville local who was a member of the proudly violent antifa counter-protesters at Unite the Right. The arrest is part of a broader federal and state effort to intimidate and silence nationalist dissent.
Daniel is able to receive Prison Commissary.
A prison commissary is a store within a correctional facility, from which inmates may purchase products such as hygiene items, snacks, writing instruments, etc.
Helping keep an inmate's commissary loaded up is a great way to show that you care. It can help them purchase the stamps, newspapers, and other items that help them connect with and keep up with the outside world.Commissary Instructions:
