Josh T. Earnest, 19, of California is accused of being the Poway Synogogue shooter. Josh is described as an academic overacheiver, a piano player and a nice guy. After the shooting he surrendered himself to police and was arrested without incident.
He is awaiting trial at the San Diego Central Jail. His trial is scheduled for June 2nd and he will be facing the death penalty.
Josh’s trial is being pushed back as the state prosecutor is seeking the death penalty in his case.
